Hello,
I've been using the fitbit pay feature since I bought the Charge 3 SE.
Since 4 days the tracker no longer activates the fitbit pay upon long pressing of the button and only shows the screen wake and notifications options. It is like there is no fitbit pay on the device. The wallet app on the fitbit app still remained available.
Following actions were performes with no result:
1. Reboot and clearing of data from device.
2. Tried removing the card and re-registering it. The error received was "Error registering Charge 3 with Fitbit Pay Wallet"
3. Removed the tracker from synced devices.
4. reinstallation of fitbit app on phone (samsung s10e)
5. Resync of device with phone and app. Still getting the error from point 2 as I try to open the fitbit pay wallet app.
Any other ideas?
Firmware is 28.20001.63.5
