Have a Fitbit premium account to review heart rate during sleep. The graph stopped showing this information about a week ago. Heart rate data works in all other situations. Will cancel next month if it does not return. Is there a setting I am missing?

Just did the update and the graphs are back. I checked earlier today before the update and it wasn't there. But afterwards, it was there, as well all the past ones.

Just updated the iOS app and everything is working fine again... Fitbit please be more communicative in the future, or tell us how we can give you information to help identify the issues. One enhancement would be for users to change the “answered” status. A few comments assumed you don’t look at answered threads. A lot of frustration for what was likely a fairly simple fix.

Not sure why this topic has been marked "answered." Support just says they're working on it but I don't know... my sleep HR graph has not shown data for a couple of months now. I have a Charge3

The latest app update to iOS seems to have resolved the problem. I'm now seeing graphs, including the ones that were not previously displayed.

I'm so glad it works for you. I'm up to date and have contacted support twice. Not working but hopeful it will start working again soon.

Last iOS app update was on 9/1/2020, did you try that one?

I have a charge 3 as well, I had to go and look for the update, there wasn’t a notification in my updates. Search for the app and the update button is there

Yes, just did, and it worked! That's great for this one of my 2 issues. So glad the community is helpful. If support had suggested that, I would have done it sooner. I had just updated the software 2 days before. Now to the GPS issue... Thank you for helping.
