Fitbit premium: Heart rate not showing during sleep

Have a Fitbit premium account to review heart rate during sleep.  The graph stopped showing this information about a week ago.  Heart rate data works in all other situations.  Will cancel next month if it does not return.  Is there a setting I am missing?

What GPS issue? I upgraded to the Charge 4 since the GPS functions are totally in it, don't have to rely on the phone or anything else.

Graph still not showing even after update. Frustrating.  I get sleep score but no Restoration Graph at all.

I updated the app on my phone from the App store. I had just done it 2 days ago but there's a 4.0 release now, and it fixed that for me.

I am having this issue with my fitbit app.  No heart rate data displayed in the sleep portion.  I clicked on the Best Answer but that did not take me to the answer.  So I am hoping someone can help get me to that information

I have had a reply from Fitbit support. See below. So it looks like they are working on a fix for this known problem!

I’m AGAIN having this problem- seems it’s an app issue for iOS. My husbands for Android is fine! So frustrating that it seems to happen with an app update!!!

Yeah, sliding to the left shows that the data are there, just being plotted backwards. Should be a trivial fit. FitBit... get on it.

I have had the same issue for the past 3 days, since I updated to the latest app version 3.40.1 worked fine before that. updated trying to fix issue with with lack of data in Temp graph on my fitbit 4 which on the latest update. Now neither working.

My Charge 4 is doing the same thing on IOS this morning, since the last update some of the stats look a bit off, so is this an attempt to fix other things gone wrong?

My Temp data started showing up on 04/04/2021 and the HR graph on sleep cycle returned this morning 04/07/2021. No updates done, just re-appeared, hopefully for good.

Was this fixed and if so where exactly can I find the info? I’m using Fitbit premium and an Apple phone.

If you’re looking for your overnight heart rate it is part of your sleep score. If it isn’t showing for you, make sure you’ve done all the updates to your app. That quite often fixes it. I have also had to restart my Fitbit once or twice
