Fitbit premium: Heart rate not showing during sleep

Have a Fitbit premium account to review heart rate during sleep.  The graph stopped showing this information about a week ago.  Heart rate data works in all other situations.  Will cancel next month if it does not return.  Is there a setting I am missing?

This was effecting her too and I thought it was my Fitbit 3 and as I couldn’t find an answer till now I went out and purchased a new Fitbit 4 as I felt it was my Fitbit as it was having charging issues etc ! And same as you guys just disappeared my trial doesn’t run out till end of next month,

I was on the free premium and my sleeping heart rate graph is also not working. I just got charged for the first month of premium. I contacted them via chat and they said someone will get back to me via email. It's been a few weeks now and no response.

I think the issue is with the Fitbit app rather than the charge 4. Would be nice to correct it. It’s one of the reasons I went premium

Agreed. Wonder if other device users are seeing this.

Just hope we are getting an extension in our trial before we are expected to pay for a full service that is not up to scratch

I have this too on premium and really annoying me feel like there should be a refund on premium for time down.

Unfortunately this link brings me to this same page -- where is the "best answer"?

Exactly - I can see the HR in other places -- I see the stats below the empty box, but the graph is not there.  How can I tell if I'm getting the "hammock-like shape"  if you don't show me the details in a graph?  Hope they fix it soon - I have latest APP on my phone and most current firmware on my device.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone. I've noticed that my heart rate not showing the waveform but the data is there. Started around the 4th of July weekend. It's missing about 95% of the time (it showed up last night). I wonder if the last firmware update is causing the problem.

Same problem! Heart rate shows under Heart Rate but not under Sleep Restoration. Inconsistently, some days it appears, some days it does not.

I recall seeing a response from Fitbit on the forum.  However it is taking them forever to fix this thing

My app updated 2 days ago and all seems to be working again. If your phone isn’t set for auto updates try updating the Fitbit app.

Try reinstalling you app, I have seen other folks say it works on non IOS phones. My iPhone updated to the newest release on Sunday and it is working again.

I spoke too soon, mine worked for three nights and failed this morning to show the graph. This is very frustrating.

Yes it seems to be hit or miss for sure!

Last night there was a break in my sleep so I have two measurement windows of about 3.5 hours each -- first one shows the graph, second one does not.  The difference between them is just time -- didn't move the wearable to different arm or in any other way, I just happened to be awake for 1.5 hours in the middle of the night.  Can't figure out that one...
