My Fitbit will not sync.  It is "paired" to my Windows 10 computer, but will not "connect".  Bluetooth its turned on.

 

Please advice.

update . . .  . I was able to sync using my ipad.  I don't know why it didn't update using my Windows 10 computer.

 

Since updating on ipad, Windows 10 computer is also updated.
