Fitbit recorded activity not showing in app

When I walk or record any activity, it records on the device, but after syncing, it doesn't show the recorded activity on the app in exercise section. It updates steps, calories, active minutes, etc. but does not show the activity directly. ( On Charge 2 ).

Same here on my Charge 5.

Saw this thread, hopefully the fixed described by RiekoC will fix this:

I’ve been having the same issue all week. I have tried restarting the device, force quitting and deleting the app, and turning my phone off and on several times now and nothing has been working.

It has been fixed now. I can see my activities.

Hello PallaviP,

I did not doing anything extra as it just started to track my activities…there was not even an app update that I did.
