Fitbit says it’s charging but isn’t

My Fitbit has been plugged in for almost 20 hours now, and says it’s charging, but hadn’t gone above 0% at all. I’ve tried resetting it, but it doesn’t work.

Fitbit has a troubleshooting guide for charging issues: Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

 

If those tips don't help the, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.
