My charger is not giving accurate swimming distance.  So today I actually counted in my head and did 36 lengths of a 25m pool.  Fitbit says I did 49.  Does anyone have any resolutions please.   (On Friday I'm going to wear a fitbit charger and my faithful flex to see if they record the same).  Any advice greatly appreciated.   Thank you

@Milliemoos143 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

Could you please check that the distance is setup right for the Charge 4?

Have you tried restarting the Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If you will be using 2 devices I suggest you not to do it at the same time as the information tracked with one, can overwrite the info registered by the other due the time frame.
