My fitbit works perfectly on my wrist and on the fitbit app on my phone. But if I look at fitbit.com it says that I don't have a device paired. I've tried deleting everything and reconnecting and nothing. Syncs fine between my wrist and the mobile phone but so frustrating that on the fitbit.com site isn't showing so won't let me sync to our work step challenge!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit shows on your phone app, but on fitbit.com shows no devices paired. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, I understand how you are feeling and I am glad to help. I recommend confirming the email address associated with your Fitbit account where you see your device paired:
Make sure to use the same email address to log into your Fitbit account on fitbit.com.
