This is my second Fitbit. Loved my Charge 2 (all 3 of them lol)
Got this for Xmas 2020 and already the strap has split. Spare band is so big that it's useless to my tiny wrist. Of course 12mth warranty is gone. Why don't you make decent straps!
This was the problem with the Charge 2 as well.
Also have a lot of trouble with syncing to my computer. Always having to unpair and shut my computer down to reconnect. I don't have a smart phone (don't need one, can't afford one).
Am getting tired of the bugs.
The computer App doesn't even show all the functions - oxygen levels, etc.
Can you please update it?
Getting frustrated but due to finances I'm stuck with it.
