Fitbit sync with samsung health

Can you sync with Samsung health? I have downloaded fit health but nothing is working.

the Samsung watch is amazing,  but it is horrible at tracking steps.

Download the app Health Sync and that app will walk you through the process. It is extremely easy.

I just read an article and it looks like it was Samsung Health who opted to stop the link between third party apps. All of them in fact except Strava

Can confirm that Health Sync works too. Pretty critical for us Android users as Fitbit MobileTrack literally does not work on most Android phones (despite their tech support's claims that it does.)

Exactly why Fitbit can't get simple phone tracking to work with Samsung Health and Google Fit do it just fine is a mystery to me. Oh, wait, maybe they're trying to force people to spend $100 on yet something else they have to worry about charging.

Anyway thanks to this and ZERO thanks to FitBit, I can now participate in my employer's wellness program. I'm trying to get my employer to switch away from FitBit to a different platform that actually supports its users.

I can get it to go from Samsung health to fit bit. But I need it to go from fit bit to Samsung

Health sync works, except for steps and that's just where I need it for. 😥

Now you can't share steps from fitbit to samsung. But you can share everything else from your data on fitbit to samsung
