هل يوجد طريقة لإضافة بطاقة البنك للساعة بحيث تسمح لي بالدفع عن طريق الساعة في السعودية؟

That may be the case or no Saudi Arabia banks have chosen to add Fitbit pay. 

Some countries have chosen to block virtual card payment systems. 

Contact your bank.
