Fitbit won't enter Bluetooth pairing, still reads on phone

Long story short, I was trying to pair my Fitbit to a new phone, so I unpaired it from the old one. That didn't work out so I wanted to re-pair it to the first one, but the Fitbit itself won't pair to Bluetooth, despite me trying through the app and entering the code, it gets stuck on set up for hours. I've left it trying to pair overnight and nothing. There is no option to pair in Bluetooth at all.

First you as a user can not pair a Fitbit to the phone. Also the Charge HR does not have a pairing mode.

The Fitbit app will pair the tracker, if it needs to have it paired.

When switching phones. Turn the Bluetooth off on the old phone, or remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. This is how to unpair.

Now install the Fitbit app on to the new phone.

Log into your Fitbit account.

Accept any permissions.

Your all setup.
