Fitbit won’t hold a charge and has lines

Hi. My Fitbit charge 3 has had lines going across it for a month now, and now it is so bad that i can’t even read it. I tried to hard reset it, that didn’t work and now doing that made it so the battery dies in less than 24 hours. And now, it is stuck on one thing and won’t move.

I don’t have the lines, but my charge is dropping rapidly since the last update, I see the same on the forums with many users also.
