Fitbit won't notify me when I have a call or text.

I recently had to restart my Charge 2.  Everything is working great, but I am no longer getting notified when I have a call or text.  I checked and the notifications are turned on.  Then I deleted the device and repaired it to my phone.  It is still not working.  Any suggestions?

When you say you checked that notifications were turned on, did you check both the app and the Charge 2? 

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

I just upgraded from galaxy s4 to s10e and evidently it is not o  The supported devices list-I can't get notifications on my charge 2.  My boys told me to switch to Garmin and be cool like them...may have to even though I like my charge 2.

I had to reset my watch a couple of weeks ago by holding down the button. The notifications stopped then. How do I turn off the do not disturb feature?

Holding the button down toggles the setting. If notifications are off, holding the button turns them on and vice versa.
