Hi @Betty361 Try restarting your tracker several times and see how it goes tonight. If it is still not resetting steps at midnight try a Long Restart. Please come back here if you continue to have problems.
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

I find it agitating when I just wake up and my watch is saying only 77 steps to go to achieve my goal. I don't think I should have to do these hard resets daily. I would think it should reset at midnight each night. Is there any way to fix this? Thank you!

Hi @kingsqueen97 I would find it annoying too. If it happens only occasionally then doing a Factory Reset is a valid option, but it is happening all the time then contact Customer Support, as you shouldnt need to repeatedly reset to get it to work.
