Fitbit won’t turn on even though fully charged

Fitbit worked fine yesterday, noticed charge was down to 20% so put it in charge ... this morning it will not switch in. When I put it back in the charging cradle it indicates full charge and shows the Fitbit logo - any help would be great 🙂

Nor mine, screen went dead yesterday, but no reset has worked.

It is fully charged, still counting steps etc. . . Hoping anyone has any other ideas?

This seems to be a problem with a lot of people  How do we get help??   Is it because Fitbit has sent an update which has spiked our watches and caused this problem? Or does this happen as soon as the watch is out of warranty?  No one seems to be able to get the watch face to light up again  I am so upset. HELP. HELP

Same thing is happening with my wife's Charge 2.  ON Friday, it was on 90% charge then on Saturday morning the screen is blank and won't turn on even after connecting the charger.

This has happened to so many people and no one seems to be getting an answer on what to do to fix this.

Mines exactly the same, it’s worked perfectly (about 18 months) then yesterday won’t turn on for more than a minute even though battery is showing as full both on the app and on the Fitbit. It’s like it’s draining in seconds!! It’s a really important to me for health reasons too, didn’t expect it to be a useless bracelet after a very short while, because let’s face it, we expect our devices, watches etc to last a LOT longer. No one told us a Fitbit had a short shelf life 😡

Totally agree with you. For health reasons I need to monitor my sleep patterns. I wonder if Fitbit has done an update which has caused this as so many people have the same problem. One suggestion was to change the clock face. I tried this it did not work.
