Ive tried all the usual, turn off phone, turn bluetooth off and on. My phone app still wont update. Any suggestions welcome Thanks

Mine says it’s connected, but it won’t sync my data.

Same here

 Bluetooth on my phone discovered it but the Fitbit App couldn't sync. I deleted the device to re-use (big mistake) now it will not re-add it. Is this a ploy to make us buy a newer one?

I was able to get mine to sync after restarting my phone.
