Hello everyone and FitBit support team,

My name is Umer Shahid Khan and I am from Pakistan. I bought Fitbit Charge 2.

I have been facing the following issues with my Fitbit Charge 2:

My device was working perfectly and I was using it since 7 8 months. A few months back, a software update notification showed up on my Fitbit app on my Android phone. I connected my phone to the internet and started the software update on my charge 2. The software update was going perfectly fine and the screen was showing a white (loading bar) line representing the software update progress. Half way through the software update, it got stuck and the line stopped progressing further. I waited for 2 3 hours and even more that it might take some time for the software to update but suddenly the display on my Fitbit Charge 2 went all white. Sensors of the device are working perfectly and if I press the button on it, it vibrates as well like a working device but the display is all white so I am unable to see anything. Since that day the problem is still there and I have performed the following:

1. Try restarting the device by reading the instructions form Fitbit website (No change, problem still there)

2. Email Fitbit support to help me out but they are unable to provide my any solution other than restarting the device, which I already did and its not working.

3. Tried to remove device from my login on the fitbit app and then setting the device up again. The tracker of my charge 2 is detected by the app of Fitbit but for setup device, there is a 4 digit code (Should have been shown on my charge 2 display) that I need to put in the Fitbit app on my phone, but I am unable to because the screen display is all white.

I have been constantly trying to contact Fitbit to help me out in this matter but unfortunately there is no proper support from them. I request you to kindly support me in this matter to resolve my issue on priority.
