Flashing and constantly showing screen wake up and notifications

Hi,

All of the sudden my Fitbit charge 3 started to flash and constantly showing the wake up screen and notifications. It drains my battery so much that after 3 hours I need to charge again.

i have reset the device few times but still got the same issue. Is my device faulty?

Hi @KamilaM  try a long restart, but if that doesnt fix it, please come back here

CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

 I have the same problem. Long restart didnt help. Is there a way to undo this version?

I am sorry to hear that.I also updated iOS to 13.1 and long reset and it worked.

It worked temporarily for mine and then has restarted again. The clock was also wrong. had to re pair with my phone. should i down load a new Ios? will that help?

Long reset did not work for me any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
