Food not logged

Hi, 

since yesterday my food isn't logged anymore. When I add something to my food list then it's visible in the food app but the calorie's wont calculate nor can I see my added food in the list while logging in on my acount on the computer.

When I want to add something to my food list I need to log in on my computer and use the online dashboard. 

I had this problem a year ago too and then it took alsmost a month before it was fixed. 
Can somebody help me?

I'm still having this issue. Fitbit is up to date on all updates. Any further developments?

Now all my data has disappeared and nothing is logging. Can we have an update please? My fitbit is currently useless.

The sleep log is also now not working consistently. My Fitbit is basically useless at this point, please can we have an update

I have a similar situation.  On my app, it shows the food, but it does not calculate the total calories.  It shows total calories per meal, but that is kind a pain in the butt.

This issue resolved for a week or so but has returned today. Food is logged but not calculated for the day so graphs and the range (under/ over budget etc) aren't calculated accurately. 

This needs fixing ASAP.  It has continued for far too long now.

Is there any feedback please?
