Free 90 days Premium membership trail not working

I signed up for the free 90 day premium membership but it's not coming up and keeps asking if I want to join up

Let me help you with your premium membership trial not working. Take note that this is only available for users that haven't used any free trails (including the standard 7 day trail) on their account. Still I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you.

This happens to me also, I've just upgraded to the fitbit versa and the premium trail is not working, signed up and then nothing... also the battery life is only lasting 1.5/2 days max this was advertised in instructions to last up to 6 days????
