I signed up for the free 90 days of premium, but I was charged on day 1.  How do I get the free promo?

Let me help you with your 90 day free trial. This trail is only available for new members and users that haven't used any trial in the past. Still our Support team should be able to assist you since they can see information and details on your account. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
