Frozen Charge 3 with white line across screen

I was experiencing this problem where the screen kept on vibrating and going to wake screen and notifications every time I moved my wrist. Wasn’t sure what was causing it but ignored it.

Then an last night I woke up and my sleep had not synced to the app. I checked the Fitbit and the screen would not turn on. When I pressed the side button it would just vibrate for the length of time that I held down the button. It’s fully charged but I tried connecting it to the charger to see if that’s made a difference - it didn’t.

I tried to do a hard reset by holding the side button down for 15 seconds while it  was connected to the charged. A white line came across the screen. After 15 seconds I stopped holding the button. It’s been 3 hours and the white line is still across the screen and nothing has changed. When I press the side button it’s unresponsive (doesn’t vibrate and doesn’t click down) so I can restart it again.

I’ve had this device for less than a year have no idea what to do. Help please!

Hi

I have exactly the same problem as reported here, now my Fitbit is unresponsive.
I’m not a Twitter user, how can I get help from customer support. I have only had this charge 3 for less than a year. Never experienced any problems until now.
very disappointing as I’m going on a walking holiday next week and will be very upset if I don’t have my Fitbit with me 😞
