Sat out in the sun yesterday, when I came inside I found that my Charge 2 had developed a v shaped crack in its screen, its still working though. I wear it night and day and it had not been knocked . How do I contact support as the only thing I hd done differently was to sit out in the sunshine with it on rather than walking or gardening?

Thank you for sharing that the screen of your Charge 2 device has a few cracks, I'm sorry to see that you've experienced this problem. Unfortunately there are no repair centers available at the moment to replace only the screen.
I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
