Fully charged but won’t turn on

My Charge 2 is fully charged but will not turn on. I have tried the reset by putting on charge, holding button in for 8 secs and get smiley face but as soon as I remove from charger it goes off again. When I put back on charge it’s ok again.? My iPhone is also not able to find it. What can I do?

Did Fitbit support really help you? It sounds like the Charge 2 battery failure which Fitbit refuse to acknowledge. Check out other complaints and fitbit’s failure to address these concerns.
