GPS connected run distance and pace different from Strava

I am new to Fitbit, but primarily made the purchase for easier access to stats and HR zones while I am running. I have synced Fitbit with Strava and although they are both connected to my iPhone GPS and show the same map after a run, they are displaying a different distance/pace for the same run (6km from Fitbit and 5.5km from Strava). This has happened every time I have gone for a run. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have a screenshot that reflects this issue, but am not able to post it here for some reason.

Hey there @Cheryl37, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Woman Very Happy This is something that some of our Charge 2 users are currently experience with the connected GPS, but don't worry as our engineers are already aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Please be guided that this issue relates to our Fitbit app and rest assured that your tracker is working the way it should be.

While our team is doing the best to improve your overall experience with the app, please continue to use the connected GPS when needed and observe if there will be changes through time. Kindly wait for our updates as these will fix issues and provide improvements to our app service as well as with your tracker's performance.

I have the same problem with cycling data from the Fitbit app and Strava using my Charge 3. I would have thought that the issue would have been resolved by now....
