My charge 4 has recently started dropping gps whenever and wherever I’m out for a walk or run. This is happening on routes in residential areas that I have been using for years where there is no interference from high buildings and there are no phone signal or wifi signal issues.
also right now I’m not wearing my watch but my app is recording a heart rate which is going up and down by a few beats every few minutes. The watch is sitting on my bedside locker not touching anything and there are no electrical or magnetic devices near it.

I am having the same issues with my Charge 4. Its drops GPS pretty much everyday. I have tried changing the GPS settings to every possible scenario and it still drops. I have never had this issue until the last update.

Me too! Since the app update my GPS has not worked. I'm a runner and bought this watch for the GPS. This is so frustrating! How do we fix it?

Me too, just spoken to someone on live chat who couldn't help. Said they were aware of the issue, and working on it, so I'm hoping that's true!
