Ive had my charge 4 for a couple of years and I absolutely loved the idea of having a gps to track my routes and show stats. For the past 6 months i have grown so frustrated with this device and app as far as gps goes. Like all milinnieals jumped on the web in hopes to find a fix. Followed all steps and procedures to correct the issue. Walked around my house everythings is ok. The next day i go on a 40 mile bike ride and i get a notification gps is unavailable about 10 min into the ride. This happened 3 more times during my ride before i just about threw the thing away. Its still doing this for runs, walk, and bicycle. Its too the point it does the same thing when i just try to run my device from the phones gps. Please fitbit come up with a fix for this ongoing issue. It seems im not thebonly one

I have this problem too!! Very frustrating as it is one of the 2 reasons I bought my Fitbit!! I haven’t been that impressed unfortunately. Does anyone know if there is a fix?!
