I’ve recently replaced my Charge 2 with a Charge 3, it is only a few months old,  and I am having problems with the GPS connection to my Phone for running.  The Charge 2 worked perfectly but the Charge 3 can’t connect to my phone for GPS. I've done everything that you suggest to do on the forum, but had no luck. It says its connected on my tracker before I start my run but then at the end I don't get a map of my run after, and doesn't get the correct distance or pace  neither so the Fitbit is useless, can you please advise what to do next?

I'm having the same issue, I have tried everything suggested but it doesn't give me a map of my runs. This is also the second Charge 3 I've had issues with in less than a year!
