When using my Charge 2 to track bicycle rides, the GPS track often jumps to a random faraway spot and then returns. I read elsewhere that this is due to the phone's GPS tracking jumping around, but when I use the Strava app on the same phone to record the same ride the Strava GPS track does not have the random jumps in it.
Here is an example GPS track from my Charge 2; notice the spikes that jump into the middle of the lake: https://imgur.com/NmWCMAw
Here's the track from the Strava app that is running on the same phone that the Charge 2 is connected to during the same ride the above Charge 2 track is from; notice it does not show those same random spikes: https://imgur.com/9kYy8vf
It looks like even if this jumping around is due to the phone's GPS, other apps are able to handle these situations and Fitbit should as well.
This affects about half of my rides. I've now started recording every ride with my Fitbit and the Strava app at the same time so I can throw away the Fitbit data has these jumps, but this defeats one of the main reasons I have the Fitbit.
My Charge 2 is running at version 22.22.55.2, which appears to be the latest version.
My phone is a Pixel 3 (Android) running at Android Version 9 with the latest security patches.
My Fitbit app is version 2.87, which appears to be the latest version.

@mrjoro Welcome! It's great to see you around!
Sorry to hear that your GPS data is showing incorrectly on your Fitbit app. Try refreshing the link between the phone and your tracker by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here to improve the GPS data on your Fitbit app.
Let me know how it goes!
