GPS turning on and off in exercise mode

Hello,

I have a Samsung A-70 (newish phone). This week while running and using the exercise / run mode my Charge 3 keeps flicking on and off, vibrating constantly on my wrist because it connects and disconnects, and inaccruately gathers my running information.

I've forced stop the app, uninstalled and re-installed, turned Bluetooth on and off, restarted my phone, restarted the fitbit, clicked location on and off in the app and on my phone, checked for updates, and have even cleared network settings on my phone as to reset my bluetooth settings.

Somebody please help because this is so frustrating ! It's syncing just fine when not in run mode.

It is not turning on and off @ToniLynn00 it is loosing connection with the GPS. This could be a problem with the ability of the phone to connect with at least 3 satellites. Or the bluetooth connection has been lost. With android I simply restart the phone and way before the phone is usable, my watch has a lock on the GPS
