Gave my Charge 2 to my son - how to switch for him to tack?

I gave my old Charge 2 to my 12 year old. I am no longer using a fitbit device. I'd like him to be set up on the app.  I tried to create an account for him and was told to create a child account under my account, which I did. But not sure where to go now. The app only has an Ace as an option for kids. Any ideas to set him up on the app with a Charge 2?

You need to be at least 13 years old to have own Fitbit account - not Fitbit's rule but an internet regulation.
When you tried to set up app or account for him, it probably asked for birth date.

The only way for someone younger is with the Ace under a family account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
