Why have I got the get in the zone option in my app when I’m unable to actually to do it because I don’t have the Fitbit required. No, I won’t be buying a new one so can anyone advise how I delete the option? I hope this makes sense

@SunsetRunner It makes perfect sense. If you tap on your Edit option, does the "X" appear on the tile and can you delete the tile?
I have seen a few articles on the tech websites that say that zone minutes are coming to the Charge 3 with no timeframe given. I don't know anything else about the release. I didn't think it started -- when zone minutes were released to some other existed devices, the Help forums lit up with posts from users who hate them, didn't ask for them, and want to switch back. I haven't seen it on this forum.
Maybe you just got the challenge invite before the firmware update.

Hiya! Thanks for your response. I’ve just spoke to Fitbit and apparently it’s not available on the charge 3 because it’s a tracker not a watch 🤷:female_sign: So that’s where I’m at.

@SunsetRunner A different user said a zone minute icon appeared on the dashboard for her Charge 3. So maybe Fitbit is rolling it out. I'm not sure I agree with the information given by Support. The Charge 4 and Inspire 2 are trackers, not smartwatches, and both have zone minutes.
