Good morning!  Just getting back on the program here and can't remember if there is a setting that i can turn on to remind me to get up and walk.  Thanks!

Hi @mak66 and welcome back! The feature you are thinking of is Reminders To Move. You should be able to turn that on from the Fitbit App on your phone.  Tap Settings —> Charge HR —> Reminders to move. You can also find more information here.

Thank you @SunsetRunner !  I will look into it further .... Tried settings and all but couldn't find anything.  I will check out the info you attached in "here"!  Appreciate the help!
