Getting Charge 4 to respond to Bluetooth

None of my devices that have Bluetooth are picking up the Charge 4.

@Scruffybsu Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message.

 

Please keep in mind that the connection between a mobile device and aa Fitbit is managed over the Fitbit app and not the Bluetooth menu on the mobile device.

Please check that the energy saving mode and the do not disturb option (mute) are switched off on the mobile phone

IMPORTANT please leave the Fitbit app running in the background.

Also, make sure that no other Bluetooth device is connected to the cell phone or nearby for better results. (headphones, keyboards, etc.)
