Gimme back my charge 2

Bought charge 3 because charge 2 got stepped on and broke strap. Sorry I didn't wait for a new strap. 

My charge 3 no longer displays when wrist is positioned in read position also countdown timer disappeared. Have done all the reset modes to no avail. Got another brand watch headed my way.

Are you saying the quick view doesnt work, is quickview enabled?

Look at your user manual, page 17, or the Fitbit help doc

How do I navigate my Fitbit device's screen?

As for the missing timer, do you have a stopwatch?

Swipe to the left to change the stopwatch to the timer. 

This is explained in the user manual, page 27, and the Fitbit help docs.

How do I set a timer or use the stopwatch on my Fitbit device?
