My heart rate monitor isn't being accurate. Its all over the place saying my HB is like 130 when I'm just relaxing on the couch, and so it's now counting it as exercise. 

 

So since the heart monitor is being glitchy,  it will not track my sleep either. I've done all recent updates and it'll be 2 years old in February. Do these devices not last longer then a year or two? Anyone else having these issues? Thanks!

Hi, @LeighsO welcome to the community. Can you please confirm you have a Charge 4, Charge 4's were released in April 2019, if your device is two years old it may be a Charge 3 which looks very similar. See the pictures at the top of this screen.
