Glue to hold on replacement strap

I was using the small strap on my  Charge 3 and it broke last weekend.  I've changed to the large strap but it randomly falls off the Charge 3. This seems to be an ongoing issue on the forum but I haven't seen if anyone has just glued the strap in place  I'm not sure if it should be hot glue or instant crazy glue.   Any suggestions?

Buy a new strap. If don't want to pay fitbit store price for official Fitbit strap, Amazon has wide variety of third-party straps at very reasonable prices.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

t turns out that despite several cleanings, the release button had not come back up.  I was able to pry it back up and then the new strap clicked snugly into position.
