Hey! Love my Fibit Charge 3,but recently the "gold" plating started to disappear. At first I thought it was dirty,so I cleaned it with a soft brush and wiped with rubbing alcohol and allowed to dry before using the charger. With some slight moving after attaching the charger,it would charge. But now it wont charge at all. And of course I'm just 37 days over my 1 year warranty being expired. I am super bummed out and not sure having to buy a new Fitbit should be required. I wasn't offered the extended warranty options either when I purchased online through Google. Is there a way to have it "repaired" at a decent price of am I just SOL? I have a picture if I'm able to post that as well.
