Got my charge 3 over awhile back and never had a problem with it until now. Got it wet for literally two minutes and it was working at first until the entire screen froze, and then the screen went black. I can’t get it to turn back on. It had been at 60% charge when this happened. I connected it to the charger and nothing happened, even when I tried to connect it via my laptop instead. I tried to restart the device, but pressing and holding it does nothing- no vibration, no display or anything.
What can I do?? The charge 3 is supposed to be water resistant and I can’t afford just go buy a new device over a faulty product. I need this to monitor my heart rate for my cardiologist?!
