My gps on my charge 4 is no longer accurate. I have a new iPhone 11 and now it doesn’t work any more. Now it shows a global route, but not the exact route I run. ( only straight lines in stead of curves etc)
This way it measures an other distance and time then I really ran.
In the settings I have gps mode on “dynamic “ and glownass at “on”.
On my phone settings I have location at “always”

Hi @M.seton if you have enabled the GLONASS option then you are using the Charge 4s built in GPS. You may want to try the phones gps. It has a bigger antenna.
Users also found that loosening the band a notch has been helpfull, but then sometimes a heart rate issue.
The GPS/bluetooth antenna has been reported to be on the skin side.

if Low Power Mode is activated, try switching it off.
