Gps doesnt work with walks and bike rides

I used to be able to get a map of my activity but it doesnt work now.  I have it set in the Fitbit app to use GPS for walks and bike rides.  I have it set on my Samsung Galaxy S9 to allow the Fitbit app to access location at all times.  There is no phone icon on my Fitbit Charge 2.  I have good bluetooth communication between my Fitbit and my phone.  Super frustrated!

Check your settings for the exercise and make sure that the GPS is enabled. You should see an icon on the tracker with the word connecting.

Yes the exercise is set to use GPS and GPS is activated on the phone.
Strava on my phone works fine for tracking the route. I just want it to
work on my Fitbit!

Customer service at Fitbit solved the problem.   I had to unpair the device and remove it from my profile and then re-pair it and add it back in.
