Green LEDs won't turn off on Charge 2

The green LEDs turned themselves on and won't turn off.  Heart rate monitor is off.  I have rebooted the device multiple times.  The device still seems to be working but the battery is draining VERY quickly, 100% to 45% in about an hour.

Hello @cbbrown3 and welcome to the Community.  The Charge 2 was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018.  Your LEDs would be on if you were wearing it, so I don't think that the LEDs are causing your problem.  A rechargeable battery, the kind in a Fitbit, is said to have a lifespan of 3-5 years.  I think your battery is at its end of life.
