Green flashing lights and my fully charged battery is dead with 14 hours

I noticed when I took my watch off last evening that the lights underneath were flashing green lights like a strobe light. I charged my battery through the night and it already is almost dead again

@SuzyQ2138 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 battery draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

Let me know how it goes.

That’s not the issue. It charges with zero problems but the battery is dead in 12 hours. The watch light on the back is in a constant strobe flash and the battery dies. I’ve restarted it and that helped for 5 days and the light is flashing again and I’ve had to plug it in at the end of my day
