Green light and everything related not working (heart rate, sleep and active minutes)

I tried everything. I also tried to speak with Dan from Customer service. After 24 people on the queue before me, when Dan told me let's proceed, the chat not responding....of course, like my fitbit.  I have charge 3 from almost 1 yr and since June it is not working. Today I gave it another chance.

After 3 years, I will give up. It's not worth anymore
