Hi guys, my fit bit charge has the green lights at the back constantly on which is making the battery to go flat very quickly.
I have restarted it and this has not resolved the issue. What else can I do?

They'll tell you to go buy a new Fitbit, as that is obviously their goal here for this and all other devices that have reach "end-of-life".

Mine did this about a week ago, and it was going flat within the hour, taking aaaages to charge aswell and sometimes an over night charge would give me 38%! Then 2 days ago I couldn’t get it to charge at all..and im still trying to get it to charge. Pretty disappointing as this is a replacement charge3, my first charge3 pretty much did the same thing and I replaced it only about 6 months ago with this!

Do these devices have an “end of life” ??
i had a flex2 that lasted me for years! I wore it everyday, i often forgot to take it off for showers, swimming, everything. Then one day it fell off without me knowing, pretty sure it happened while carrying a heap of shopping bags on my wrist, flex2 popped off and I had no idea until I looked at the app again (it had no face)
anyway that thing was indestructible. I tried to purchase a newby but they’d been discontinued no longer manufactured. I think the replacement was something similar to the Alta or whatever. The flex had no face, I could wear my Apple Watch along side as it was so small! They’ve never made anything as good since. And they never will obviously if they’re intention is ensuring their customers require regular replacements

This is not a problem, but normal for Fitbit trackers, as the green is the basic sensor probably used for heart rate and steps. When you restart your tracker, it restarts the sensor as well. If you’re having problems with the battery needing to recharge more than normal, this is probably because of the aging of the battery, so maybe consider replacing your Fitbit.

We'll find out! My device is being tested by fit bit to find out if there is an issue or if it's just the end of it...
