Green lights on Charge 2 not flashing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Been wearing my Charge 2 for six months or so. In the last day or so one of the green heart monitor lights stopped flashing and my heart rate has shown as -- ever since. I have restarted it and done all the things that I saw other people on these forums doing as a remedy and it's not working. It's still one light flashing and the other is dimmer and not flashing.

  • I totally agree, I’ve stupidly just ordered another versa after my previous had the green light stop and battery also running down in a day. This all started to happen after a firmware update. I like the Fitbit product when it is working, but having bought 3 or so now, I expect I will have to wise up after this one!! I think warranty or not, knowing what their product lifespan is like, they should replace up to 2.5 years, my last just missed 2 years by a month!

Wow.

I got a notification about activity on this thread so thought I'd look.

Disappointed to see nothing has changed.

Fitbit are still killing their watches with software updates in the hope there are enough mugs left to replace an intentionally bricked watch by buying a new one from the same company.

I wish I looked sooner as my other half wanted the fitbit luxe for her birthday in August 2021.

3 weeks ago, it just stopped working.

Completely dead.

Nothing on the screen, won't charge and completely unresponsive.

It didn't even last 2 months.

On the contrary, I'm now into my 3rd year with a Huawei watch and the battery still lasts 12 days, it's never crashed, and every single feature still works perfectly.
