Green sensors won’t turn off

I just got home from the gym and charged my Fitbit. Now the green lights stay on bright and it won’t measure my heart rate anymore. I’ve reset it over 10 times. I’ve tried to turn the heart sensor on and off manually. Nothing works.

@cliffhanger486 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your heart rate sensor isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since nothing worked the next step is letting our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.
