Hi there
I had this issue a few months ago and got a replacement from Fitbit which was great. Unfortunately since yesterday afternoon the vertical lines have started appearing on the screen.
Tried the restart but it didn’t resolve the issue.
can you suggest an alternate solution because orelse happy to get a replacement for the second time as I absolutely love the charge 3.

Hi, @AH1906 , unfortunately lines on the screen that are not cleared up by a restart are usually a bad sign. I would suggest tryng the restart again, and noting whether you see the smiley face indicating the Fitbit has restarted. If you don’t see that, it may be that yu need to hold the button a little longer to make sure it actually restarts. Also note that it must not lose connection with the charging cradle while you are pressing the button.
If that still doesn’t work I would recommend getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com and they will let you know what your options are. Note that the warranty on replacements is from the date of purchase if the original Fitbit, not the date of replacement.
